In addition to my 30+ years of active travel specialist experience, I continually take educational courses to add to the wealth of knowledge that I already possess.  I love to learn and this is an ever-changing industry ~ there is always something new to learn!

I am proud to be an Elite Cruise Counsellor (ECC), designated by the Cruise Line International Association.  I am also a Certified Travel Associate (CTA), designated by the Travel Institute.

Both the ECC and CTA programs called for extensive book study, travel experience, cruise experience and proven sales to achieve these certifications.
